Week ONE- No bread
This is a hard one for me. I love BREAD any kind just about. But I know that if I just kick this out, I will lose weight faster. I learned this before when I lost about 40 pounds before my wedding 4+ years ago. So I know how to lose weight...I just don't like to. The yeast in bread causes a lot of bloating, so just kicking this will help slim my stomach in just weeks!

i love this, rachel! you can do it!!!! bread was SO hard for me. i used to LOVE it. seriously, like a slice or two every meal and sometimes as a snack in between. i went off it the beginning of the year and only recently will i have a slice maybe once a week. but it's not even "good" to me anymore. very weird to hear myself say that, LOL. keep it up girl :)
ReplyDeleteI admire your determination! Bread and carbs period are a staple of most of our diets, and are hard to give up! I know you did it before and you can do it again:) Best wishes! I'm working on losing some weight myself, so I feel ya.
